Annual Maintenance Plans

Annual maintenance is how we catch small problems before they turn into expensive repairs. We come out once a year, usually before summer or winter, to clean your system, check refrigerant levels, test your thermostat, and replace or clean filters. Most Conroe homes run their AC hard from May through September, so we schedule spring visits to get you ready.

We inspect your outdoor unit for debris and corrosion, check electrical connections, and make sure your indoor coil is clean. If we find anything that needs attention, we tell you straight up what it is and what it costs. We don't upsell. Plan members also get priority scheduling if something breaks, so you're not waiting two weeks in the heat.

You'll know your system is ready to handle Conroe's humidity and heat. No surprise breakdowns in August. No emergency service fees when you need us most. You get one visit a year, a clear report, and the confidence that your unit is running efficiently.
